Our Southwest style Mexican Cornbread Mix goes great with any
traditional southern dish, like Chili, Tamales,
Brisket and even Barbeque Chicken! This easy to make cornbread mix
is pre-measured and ready to go, (eggs, milk and oil
not included). Just mix and pop in the oven.
Our Mexican style cornbread mix comes from an old Texas
family recipe and enjoyed by many generations. It
has been refined very little since the old days
because it's just that good.
Cooking Instructions...
- Grease a 9 inch cast iron
skillet (best) or a 9x9 inch baking pan.
- Mix 2 eggs & 1/4 cup of oil &
1 cup milk.
- Stir in dry cornbread mix
just till blended
(don't over mix)
- Pour into heated skillet.
- Bake @ 400F for 20-25 minutes
or till brown around edges.
- Makes 6 servings.
